1. About PH64 and These Terms

PH64 is an online betting and gaming platform operated for the Philippine market. Our services cover sports betting, live casino games, virtual sports, slots, boxing betting, and more. These PH64 terms and conditions create a legally binding agreement between you — the registered member — and PH64. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our platform.

PH64 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes through email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of PH64 after any update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain a PH64 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legal.
• You are not a PH64 employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of any of these.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from gambling by a court order or regulatory authority.
• You are not using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

PH64 may request identity verification at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of these requirements will be suspended immediately, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Every player is allowed one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email, phone number, device, or IP address — are a breach of these PH64 terms and conditions. PH64 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone, including PH64 customer support staff (we will never ask for your password). If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at the support email listed in the footer of this page.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

PH64 supports the following payment methods for Filipino members:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the cashier section of your account. PH64 does not charge processing fees on standard transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that was previously used to fund your account or to a verified method registered under your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. PH64 may require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documents before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time PH64 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and VIP incentives. All promotions are subject to these terms and any specific promotion terms that accompany the offer.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, and expiry dates are detailed on each promotion's dedicated page. Attempting to abuse bonuses — for example, by opening multiple accounts or placing low-risk or lay bets to meet wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

PH64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Betting Rules and Void Bets

By placing a bet on PH64, you agree to the specific market rules applicable to each sport or game type. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• PH64 may void a bet if there is evidence of a pricing error, system fault, or incomplete/incorrectly entered market data.
• In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or voided by the governing body, bets will be settled according to the rules for that specific sport as published on the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. PH64 reserves the right to restrict stake sizes on any account at its discretion.
• Winnings from void bets are not payable. The original stake is returned to your account balance.

Live betting odds fluctuate rapidly. PH64 takes no responsibility for bets placed on outdated odds due to internet connectivity issues on the member's side.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH64 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or access the platform.
• Match-fixing, collusion with other players, or exploitation of insider information.
• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing PH64 staff or other members.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PH64 — including but not limited to logos, branding, game content, written material, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of PH64 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any PH64 content without prior written consent. Using PH64 content for commercial purposes without authorisation is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

PH64 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described therein. PH64 uses your data to verify your identity, process transactions, personalise your experience, and comply with regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Responsible Gaming

PH64 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. PH64's total liability to any individual member for any single claim shall not exceed the value of bets placed in the thirty (30) days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These PH64 terms and conditions are governed by applicable Philippine law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through PH64's internal complaints process first. If a resolution cannot be reached within fifteen (15) business days, disputes may be escalated through the appropriate regulatory channels. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you will not initiate legal proceedings without first exhausting PH64's internal resolution process.

13. Termination of Account

PH64 may terminate or suspend your account with or without notice if you breach these terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory order. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting PH64 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method after identity verification.

14. Amendments

PH64 may revise these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at ph64.best/terms-conditions. If you disagree with updated terms, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and request account closure. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
